The Silk Road Ensemble performs Arabian Waltz

Cellist Yo-Yo Ma founded the Silk Road Project in 1998 to develop cultural and educational projects through interaction between different performers and cultures from around the world. Here the ensemble performs Rabih Abou-Khalil's Arabian Waltz.

The Silk Road Project features in our Alternative Ensembles feature published in the January 'Fresh Thinking' issue of The Strad. You can find out more about the January issue here.
