Lamy and Voirin cello bows were on trial from Salchow & Sons
Two cello bows have been stolen from a customer of Salchow & Sons while he was unloading his car in midtown Manhattan.
The bows, worth an estimated $55,000 in total, were in a black leather tube case with a shoulder strap.
Pictured above, the bows were a Joseph Alfred Lamy made around 1910 valued at $25,000 and a bow by F.N. Voirin valued at $30,000.
