Gewa releases its widest viola case yet

Gewa’s new Air 2.8 viola case is designed to be wide enough to accommodate a viola of any size. ‘We often had violists struggling to find a case because violas come in so many different sizes,’ says product and marketing manager Steffen Schneewind. ‘So we had the idea to adapt for viola the oblong-shaped case that already exists in the violin range.’ The resulting case now fits violas from 13 to 17.5 inches and is the widest viola case that Gewa offers…
