Christian Tetzlaff has signed a long-term recording deal with Finnish label Ondine. The German violinist's first recording with the label will feature concertos by Mendelssohn and Schumann with the Frankfurt Radio Symphony Orchestra under Paavo Järvi. The disc is set for release in November.
Further releases in autumn 2012 and spring 2013 will focus on chamber music, including sonatas by Mozart and Schumann, with Tetzlaff collaborating with his regular piano partner Lars Vogt.
