Competition results

The Animato Quartet has been awarded the Kersjes Prize, which comes with a cash prize of €50,000. The Netherlands-based quartet comprises violinists Inga Våga Gaustad, 25, and Tim Brackman, 30, violist Elisa Karen Tavenier, 27, and cellist Pieter de Koe, 29. The prize is given by the Kersjes Fund, which aims to support young talent through scholarships and awards…
