Competition results

On 16 April, the Kleio Quartet was awarded the €15,000 first prize and €2,500 prize for best performance of the commissioned work in the Carl Nielsen International Chamber Music Competition’s string quartet division. The quartet comprises violinists Yume Fujise, 28, and Katherine Yoon, 24, violist Jenny Lewisohn, 33, and cellist Eliza Millett, 26. The €10,000 second prize went to the Novo Quartet and the €5,000 third prize to the Hana Quartet…
