The musician was a member of the orchestra for more than 60 years
Lois Fees, who performed with the Oklahoma City Philharmonic for more than 60 years, has died at the age of 82.
The violinist joined the then Oklahoma Symphony Orchestra while still a student in 1951 and during her tenure performed under six music directors.
A graduate of Oklahoma City University and the University of Michigan, Fees was also a teacher for 35 years in the Oklahoma City school district.
