The cello was stolen in a car break-in between 5 and 7PM on the evening of 17 December in the San Francisco suburb of Japantown. It was last seen in a soft black cello case containing a bow and a black music binder. The instrument label reads ’Tiberio Carroll, fecit anno 2019. It was made by Roland Feller, with the serial number 1476.
