Women in Lutherie has announced the fellows and mentors for its fourth edition of its International Fellowship for 2024.
The Women in Lutherie International Fellowship is a three-month summer mentorship and leadership programme that runs from 19 May to 18 August 2024, with both online and offline components. Fellows are matched in a one-on-one mentorship with a mentor who can share skills, experience, and insight about their area of interest in the field, for a mutually enriching and growing experience. During this period, fellows will be required to plan and complete a two-week hands-on, in-person internship with their mentor.

Women In Lutherie is a rapidly growing, global grassroots community of women at the workbench supporting each other to make the field of lutherie more equitable and accessible for women and girls.
It works with members of the community, as well as with outside individuals and groups to advance equality, visibility and opportunities for women and girls in the field of lutherie through advocacy, empowerment, education, support, and recognition.
